I can chicken in a rabbit hutch?
I would buy maybe three chickens, and I think the hen houses are quite expensive. So I asked myself, I could buy a rabbit hutch or a small garden house instead of if. Them, we would every day, but I read somewhere that it vents have in the house this is an issue with barns and sheds? Raccons are always in my chicken coop. It lasted two chicks. Any help on predator prrof my coop?
Coop is about 2 feet from the ground. Chicken wire is everywhere! Up, down, sideways. They have a big box to go in the night or day, that has a caged windows, shingle roof, fans. The Coop is about 10 feet long and 6 meters wide and 6 feet high. We made sure there were no holes anywhere woke this morning with a 10 "hole in the side with 2 chicken torn away. No blood, feathers or anything? You think it would have been blood I? I never ever did anything animals where I live. No deer, raccons, opossums, squirrels barely. You must only come if I do not look. The chicks are 6-8 weeks old and we now have 4 outside and 1 inside pocket with a baby turkey. They were still too small to submit to the outside be. The others were put out to buy almost a week. I live in western pa, if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Raccoons are actually very intelligent, strong and very clever, especially when trying to find ways to get food comes from. They only come out at night and if you ever see one in the day, stay away from him as it is probably rabid. By the way, I live in Western PA and I think a part of the problem is the population explosion of raccoons here in the past Years. My father, with a certain weariness, a very large raccoon led to a few hundred dollars worth of grub damage to his lawn in search of larvae in the ground, a wire trap left in the night with some food in it and the damn thing actually had the case on, picked up the food falling from the trap, ate and left … that's what I mean when I say they are smart and strong. So you can see what you have to do here lol. I agree with anyone who has any kind of repellent that you probably at Lowe's or Home Depot can be found said. And if all else fails and you have a strong stomach lol, you can try to catch them at night with a Trap and let them go somewhere else either (which I have to be careful as it does is illegal to do that in many places) or like my father did this and take it into the woods and shoot them. He did it, a hook and shot him but never caught the Great, all that has caused the damage.

Start by measuring and cutting all the camps after cutting list and set it aside. Take the legs and the rejuvenated brand. The taper starts 20 "from the bottom on. The leg tapers to 3-1/2 "at the bottom. Repeat this for all the legs and cut out.
The legs are the most important stretchers at 75 °. This cut is best done with a circular saw. Mark your lines, clamp the stock on edge and cut. Turn the bearing to the other side and make the cut.
Time for some assembly. On the main stretcher a line 1-1/2 "from each end. This is the outer surface of the leg. Now make a second Brand of one of an edge. "This is the top of the leg. Do this for each leg on both stretchers.
Put some glue on the angled of the leg and position on the marks you just made on the stretcher. Secure with 4-2 "screws. Repeat this for all the legs.
Place the 8.3 "Plywood cut brackets on the outside of butting into the legs of the bottom of the main stretcher. Scribe the angle on the suspenders and with your pencil. Bring Some glue on the outside of the legs and secure the brackets with six screws, three in each leg.
Now two lines runs along the entire length of each top step, offset 4.3 "from center. Countersink 5 holes, 3 / 4" deep in each step. Alternate the holes on the side of the center. Position of the tip on the carrier is flush with the ends. With screws only.
Finally, the lower level of the middle to secure the leg with screws and glue.
The There it is. These saw horses will easily take the load of a lift of plywood or studs. Plus which to a large scaffold. Space about 8 'apart and securely a 2 x 10 between them.

I need to build my greenhouse in full sun?
We live in California and are planning on building a greenhouse Premaculture chicken /. The greenhouse the south side of the Coop. We find a difficult full sun. We plan to grow herbs, tomatoes and lettuce in it. How much sun is really our greenhouse gas?
I would suggest that you ensure that at least four hours per day. If you do not have enough light bulbs you can add. One can say that They do not grow long enough light through the long stems of plants when they are young.

Where can I chickens in or near Milton Keynes?
I have my future orders for Coop but I do not know where to get from the chickens. My local Farm shop, this is where I buy from the chicken coop, offered me a supplier found, but I wanted to leave my options open. This will be my first chickens and I am put in the search for Point of chickens and because I've heard they are good and excellent locations with a novice keeper, I am particularly interested in Black Rocks and Warren hens. Nottingham does not seem to be a "center" – have to be concerned in the case must be Robin Hood and his merry men (and Women come back). (We can use instead of London – but it seems busy with other things – hence "Britain might try & M. S. could help. They are "Nation". (We had a 'pet shop' in Hull. 1shilling day old chicks hen – 9d for a rooster chicks. So I paid 9d. And he landed on the table being crows would not disturb the neighbors. Dad stood by MUM (literally), while the "offense". My fault. I called him "Biscuit". Dad has our "chicken house" – Coop – out of pallets and things. Have in DIY, whenever possible.
