I live in Texas so I need tips on how to build a cool chicken Coop?
This past summer it was up to 105 F a few times.
I would paint it white to reflect sunlight, put it in a shady place, if possible, open to the wind and size. Insulation helps to keep the heat during the day, but it might be difficult to cool off at night. You could connected to a fan with a thermostat wire.
